Yamaha Aerox 13-inch rims high-gloss coated / gloss

In cooperation with a finishing company, we are able to offer you Yamaha Aerox wheel sets that have been freshly powder-coated.

Procedure

First, the old wheel bearings are removed and the rims are chemically stripped. After this process, the rim sets are sandblasted and degreased so they are ready for the new powder coating. Once the rims have been powder-coated, they are then finished with clear coat so that the full gloss of the rims comes into its own.

Wheel bearings / wheel spacer

When ordering the rims, new 10 mm wheel bearings (original size) as well as the wheel spacer are included. These are not installed by us, as the diameter of the fork axle (Stage6 / RPG) can vary. 10–15 mm

Advantages of powder coating:

4. Protection – UV and corrosion protection

Powder coatings provide effective protection against rust and corrosion, as they form an impermeable layer that shields the metal underneath from moisture and harmful elements.
