Aluminum radiator RPG Racing / radiator grille for Yamaha Aerox

There's probably no better-known tuning part for the Yamaha Aerox than our RPG radiator grille, which was developed specifically for the Aerox / MBK Nitro. Our water cooler ensures the optimal temperature with every setup and in any weather .

Improvements compared to the original

With a massive 2320cm³ cooling volume, no one will be disappointed!
A major advantage over other coolers are our heat-conducting plates . These prevent heat from accumulating behind the radiator and ensure that warm air can escape directly from the cooling area. They also aid installation in other vehicles and are factory-equipped with vibration-damping rubbers .

Plug & Play

The development process proved to be quite difficult and time-consuming until we got this monster under the front fairing. It was important to us that no noticeable modifications to the frame or fairing were required for installation. There's no need to build brackets or find suitable screws. The radiator can be installed effortlessly , plug-and-play. Only the horn mount and the original headlight are missing. A "tuning" headlight can solve this problem.

Quality

All of our coolers are hand-welded from high-quality aluminum. Each one is tested for leaks using compressed air in an underwater immersion tank before shipping. This allows us to meet the highest quality standards and boasts a 0% return rate .

Why a bigger cooler?

The optimal temperature for a 2-stroke engine is 55-60°C. Anything outside this range results in a loss of performance and/or increased wear. But be careful! If the outside temperature is too low, or the engine power is too low, it may be necessary to reduce the cooling capacity, for example, by covering it with tape, in order to return it to the optimal range.
