Dual-Disc Adapter for Aerox – the easy way to a dual brake disc setup
For years, many Aerox riders have wanted a dual-disc setup that works without extensive modifications. More braking power, an even sportier look, and an uncompromising conversion – but without lengthy tinkering.
With this CNC-machined dual brake disc adapter, the conversion can now be easily implemented for the first time. All components have been developed from the start as a coordinated system: RPG 13” rim, RPG fork tubes, and the adapter for the right brake caliper work together perfectly.
No calculating distances, no reworking – simply mount, fasten, done.
For this interaction to work reliably, the adapter is specifically designed for RPG components. This is not a limitation, but intentionally designed this way to create a perfectly coordinated overall package, which was previously hardly available in this form.

Material & Manufacturing
The adapter is CNC-milled with high precision and precisely adapted to the contour of the RPG 13” rim. Tight manufacturing tolerances create a press fit that ensures a stable and play-free connection.
The included aluminum spacer sleeves are also CNC-machined and anodized. They automatically ensure the correct distance between the wheel and brake disc.
Adapter and sleeves are available in the following variants:

Technology & Function
- Mounting directly on the rim
- The press fit bears the main load
- Three fine-thread screws prevent twisting during braking
The result is clean centering, smooth running, and high stability – ideal for dual-disc setups.

- Plug & Play for Yamaha Aerox as well as vehicles with Aerox triple clamp
- Optimal in combination with RPG fork tubes (prepared for dual-disc from the factory)

Not compatible with original OEM rims. Developed exclusively for RPG 13” CNC rims.
The adapter replaces the original speedometer drive.
