Tested safety – highest resilience
Every RPG brake line is tested under the strictest laboratory conditions and meets the highest safety requirements:
• Continuous load tests confirm a pressure resistance of up to 276 bar – that is ten times the usual brake pressure of a scooter.
• Structural limits only occur at an extreme load of 1104 bar.
By comparison, heavy braking generates approximately 20–30 bar, and in extreme situations, approximately 60 bar. Our steel-braided brake lines can therefore withstand more than 18 times this load, offering a significant safety advantage.

Conventional rubber brake lines tend to expand under pressure, resulting in a spongy braking feel and a loss of power. RPG steel braided brake lines, on the other hand, retain their shape and ensure consistent, precise braking control.
