This is a high-quality, high-end brake disc, manufactured to strict quality standards. It features very precise tolerances, selected, hardened special alloys, and a unique and well-thought-out design. Optimized for optimal performance under all conditions.
This special alloy is based on over 15 years of experience from our partner, who has developed countless brake discs for many major motorcycle manufacturers and tuning companies. It guarantees optimal friction properties with minimal wear.
The brake discs are cut using a modern laser cutting process and then CNC milled to ensure the highest precision. Each individual brake disc is tested in our laboratory, then inspected by us and approved for sale.
No expense was spared on the adapter for the original Yamaha Aerox brake caliper either.
We rely exclusively on high-strength aluminum alloys, which are also used in aerospace. All adapters are black anodized to provide long-lasting protection against external influences.
